At?<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">APN<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? enter ?<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">web.be<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?. Then return to your start screen. Your mobile internet should now work again.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>For Android users:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to <\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&gt;<\/span><b>Mobile networks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&gt;<\/span><b>Access Points<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Add a new access point. Name it JIM Mobile, and enter web.be at APN. Save it, and activate the access point. Your mobile internet should now work again.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"em-block\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tip for both <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>iPhone and Android:<\/strong> if the &ldquo;R&rdquo; for roaming is displayed on your screen, please activate your roaming option. To be able to surf optimally in Belgium, this is necessary. No need to worry though: by activating this option within Belgium, no extra costs will be charged. But if you go abroad, and do not wish to use mobile internet there, don&rsquo;t forget to deactivate your roaming option.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Here&rsquo;s a few additional tips.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>You have no network connection.&nbsp;<\/b>No need to panic. This is for a few brief moments only. You don&rsquo;t have to reboot your phone, unless we send you a text explicitly asking you to do so.<\/li>\n<li><b>You&rsquo;ve switched off your phone, or your battery was dead.&nbsp;<\/b>No problem at all. If we notice your phone was off when we try activating your SIM card on our new platform, we&rsquo;ll activate your SIM card later.<\/li>\n<li><b>You&rsquo;re abroad during activation.&nbsp;<\/b>Again: no problem at all. If we notice you were roaming when we try activating your SIM card on our new platform, we&rsquo;ll activate your SIM card later.<\/li>\n<li><b>You don&rsquo;t receive any calls.<\/b>&nbsp;That&rsquo;s a big nuisance, but this problem will also be solved soon. You don&rsquo;t have to reboot your phone, unless we send you a text explicitly asking you to do so.<\/li>\n<li><b>Having trouble topping up?&nbsp;<\/b>There&rsquo;s a chance your top-amount isn&rsquo;t immediately available on your SIM card; If that&rsquo;s the case, please wait for a few minutes and the problem should be solved.
