As a provider of electronic communications services in the European Union, Jim Mobile recognizes its obligations under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019\/882) and is actively working to improve the accessibility of its mobile applications in line with this legislation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">We strive to meet internationally recognized accessibility standards such as EN 301 549, which includes the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Conformance Status<\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The Jim Mobile website is partially conformant with the European standard EN 301 549 v.3.2.1, which includes the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Non-Accessible content<\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Despite efforts to design inclusively, the following accessibility issues have been identified:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Images and Non-Text Content<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some informative images lack proper text alternatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Visual Design<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some elements do not meet minimum contrast ratio thresholds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">User Interface Components<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some links don&#8217;t have discernible text<\/li>\n<li>Some select elements are missing an accessible name<\/li>\n<li>Not all headings increase by one<\/li>\n<li>Not all landmarks have a unique role or role\/label\/title (i.e. accessible name) combination<\/li>\n<li>Not all page content is contained by landmarks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Alternatives<\/h2>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">If you need help accessing any part of the app that may currently be inaccessible, please <a href=\"https:\/\/mobilevikings.be\/en\/contact\/\">contact our customer service<\/a> team, who are available and happy to assist.
