One maximum amount in your subscription!
Good thing about a subscription is that you can continue to call and surf. Yet this also implies you easily use more than permitted by your subscription, leading to high invoices. You won’t like that, and neither will we! To make sure that the costs of your invoice or payment invitation don’t increase too much, you can set a maximum amount for your invoice/payment invitation. If you exceed this amount, you won’t be able to call or surf anymore that month. You will however still be able to text.
How do you update your maximum amount?
Would you like to find out what your maximum amount is? Then text CONSULT to 1984. Would you like to update your maximum amount? You can do so by contacting our helpdesk via the free number 1984 (or 0456 19 19 84 if you’re not calling from a JIM Mobile number), or by emailing to info@jimmobile.be.
I had already set a maximum amount. What now?
If you’d already set a maximum amount in the past, this would still be active, unless you had set 125, 175, 225 or 275. If you’d set one of these amounts before, they’ve meanwhile been updated to: ? 125 to ? 100, ? 175 to ? 150, ? 225 to ? 200 and ? 275 to ? 250.
How does it actually work?
In any event, you’ll be notified by text if you exceed your subscription. For every additional 10 instalment, you’ll be notified by text. Until you reach your set maximum amount. For example: if you have a 10/month subscription, you can use a maximum of 50 out of your subscription bundle. Which means, in total, you can use a maximum of 60. If you do not want to receive the notification text, please text NOALERT to 1984.
